The card
- The virtual card will be useful for shopping on the Internet. Special offer: Currently, the creation of the virtual card is instantaneous and free.
- The physical card can be requested in the app if you do not already have one. The physical cards are currently being manufactured. Pre-order them now. It will normally be delivered at the end of January 2025.
The Lekka card, whether physical or virtual, is a Visa card that can be used internationally.
More specifically, it is a debit card, accepted at all points of sale that accept the Visa brand.
Debit card features:
- no credit, you only spend what you have.
- immediate debit: as soon as your payment is accepted, your account is debited. No deferred debit.
Block the card in the "Card" tab of the Lekka App.
If you wish to confirm that your card has been lost, you can do so directly in the Lekka app, under the "Card" tab, to confirm that it has been lost.
Do you want to order a new card? Confirm this choice when you are asked the question after you have declared your loss.
If you wish to stop a card payment :
- write to support@lekka.io
- or call the interbank opposition service on 0 892 705 705 (open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week), a surcharged number: cost of a call to a landline number + €0.34 incl. VAT/min.
Block the card in the "Card" tab of the Lekka App.
Or go straight to the procedure for reporting your card as stolen (option available in the same "Card" tab).
You can then lodge an objection by writing to support@lekka.io or call the interbank opposition service on 0 892 705 705 (open 24/7), a premium rate number: cost of a call to a landline number + €0.34 incl. VAT/min.
To order a new card, confirm this choice when you are asked the question after your theft report.
Use the Lekka app, Card tab - free operation.
⇒ Select Lock (or Unlock).
If you haven't yet ordered your new Lekka card, go to the "Card" tab in the Lekka application and order a new card.
You can choose between a physical card, a virtual card, or both.
If your card has been lost or stolen, report it in the app and follow the instructions to request a new card.
If your current card is due to expire soon, you will be able to renew it in the "Card" tab of the Lekka application. This renewal option will be automatically activated, and you will be notified personally by email and via a push notification.
