Choosing the currency of your account is important because you won't be able to change it.

*At present, the currency of your account is necessarily the Euro, as Lekka is not yet available in the UK.

When this choice is available :

• If you mainly use your card in Europe, choose the Euro: € (EUR).
• If you tend to live in the UK, or if you spend most of your time there, choose the Pound Sterling: £ (GBP).

You will then be debited in the base currency of your card.

If one of your banking operations fails (lack of funds in the account, purchases not supported by the card, etc.), you will automatically be debited €0.15 or £0.15.

At present, it is not possible to pay at automatic checkouts at service stations or motorway tolls, as well as on gaming or dating sites with your MyPocket card. If you try to make a transaction of this type, you will be charged €0.15 or £0.15 in transaction rejection fees.

These systems block the maximum sum authorised for 30 days and would penalise you for your day-to-day spending, which is why this type of payment is not possible.

Yes, there is a fee for replacing or renewing a card.

To receive a new card, go to the "Card" tab in the application, declare your card lost or stolen, and follow the instructions to order a new card.

€10 or £10 will be automatically deducted when you order your new card.

If your balance is not sufficient to order your new card, please make a new deposit of at least €10/£10 first.

Please note: if your account is inactive, i.e. there have been less than 6 transactions in 60 consecutive days, you will receive notifications to warn you and then you will be debited €2.50 or £2.50 per month.

If you wish to close your account, send us a selfie of you holding your ID next to your face to the following address support@lekka.io. You will be charged €10 or £10 to close your account.
